weekend

ok so 153 today and i will not be weighing myself again till friday. i will not. no snow today equaled white castle. tho i only ate 2 burgers a small fries and my fried clams. love them there. was not a real good lunch. add on my hubby is at the moment picking up ruby tue go dinner and its been a good yummy wise but bad lose weight wise food day. add in its saturday so i didn't do any exercise beyond squats and sit ups this morning. i also know tomorrow is not going to be a good food day weight loss wise either. its superbowl and i plan on eating some good junk food at dads as always. will probably eat light most of the day until i get to my dads at four. and then of course make up for being good. and getting ready for dads, then working, then hanging at dads doesn't leave much exercise time. so starting monday since i don't have colin till later and probabl;y won't have roxanne too much i can work my butt off all week. tae o first off than someting fun like richard simmons later and of course a quick ab workout. i'll get all three in all five days. i will!
yesterday i did richard simmons 80's blast off. forgot how much fun it was. so pulling more of those out again will keep me going. and if i can't do the fun one till billy has kicked my ass in tae bo then it should help me get there. but after bad eating weekend i do not want to see that scale get right back up where i started. so friday morning, and hopfully i'll still be at 152 or even lower where i should be by then anyway. esp if didn't have this bad weekend. but thats life and thats what i'm doing so hopefully my counter attack plan will work.
